A prospective worker fills out an application

We review skills, experience and behaviour, including reliability and punctuality

We review the applicant’s capabilities with various tools and technologies

We review the applicant’s documentation, such as qualifications and work status

We review the applicant’s previous work history

We oversee an initial trial to gauge the applicant’s relative skill level, physical ability and ability to follow instructions
